The Journey Begins With Your Skin

Your Skin tells you a lot about your health. Eating right, exercising and using the right skin care products will make your skin not only look and feel healthier but younger too! Now, I am no dermatologist and will NEVER tell you that a product, diet or exercise will cure, treat, or diagnose any skin conditions. However, what I will tell you is they may improve your quality of your skin. Remember, everyone is different and some people will see faster results then others.

With that being said.

I have been changing my life style and habits for the last 2 months. Exercising more, eating a low carb diet ( I need to lose 30 pounds), drinking more water, and using skin care products. The Diet and exercise has my body feeling and looking better but I was still breaking out as if I was going through puberty again ( I’m 30) so I started looking into skin care and found a product line called Luminesce. Luminesce was created by a Doctor named Dr. Newman who used stem cell research to help the skin heal faster for his patients. Ive read the reviews and it was nothing but great stuff so I figured i would give it a try.

Every Morning I do the same routine. Once I get in the shower I use the Luminesce youth restoring cleanser, which is a face wash and man does it feel good to wash your face with that stuff. Then I use the cellular rejuvenation serum which helps with fine line and wrinkles. It smells a little weird but once it dries it goes away. Lastly I use the daily moisturizing complex. It leaves my faces feeling a silky and soft and it also SPF 30.

I have been doing this routine for the last 2 weeks and I have been seeing a bunch of changes in my skin. My pores are WAY smaller, my skin is tighter and almost glowing and I have damn near clear skin minus the night or 2 I forget to wash my face with the youth restoring cleanser.

Sometimes you need a little push for healthier, younger skin and Luminesce was definitely the answer for me. Give it a shot and let me know what it does for you!

Thanks for joining me!
